Welcome

Nancy Williams

Welcome to the BI Impact Channel for the Business Intelligence Network. The focus of this channel is on what it takes to achieve BI Impact – where BI makes a real difference in business performance. It’s a fact that BI needs to be assimilated into the core value-adding processes of your business in order to make a difference, and this is what creates a range of management challenges. While most businesses have BI capabilities these days, many still struggle with the challenge of fully leveraging these capabilities.

This channel will discuss the business, technical and organizational paradigm shifts that must take place as organizations mature their BI capabilities. Please bookmark this channel as your source for ideas on how to mature your organization’s ability to achieve BI Impact, and please feel free to e-mail me at nancy.williams@decisionpath.com with your comments, questions or concerns.
