immixGroup, Inc., a small business and provider of enterprise technology products and services to the government market, recently announced that the General Services Administration (GSA) has approved immixGroup's modification to add the complete Cisco product line to its GSA Schedule contract.
This is the result of a broader relationship between Cisco and immixGroup in which immixGroup is delivering value–added services designed to assist the Cisco public sector business. The relationship provides companies within Cisco's entire supply chain with enhanced management capabilities, security and insight, while enabling new opportunities to expand government sales. immixGroup's program delivers to Cisco and its partners government marketing services, market intelligence, public sector sales training, contract vehicle access and support, and adaptable payment solutions.
The program is designed for immixGroup to interact extensively with the many well established authorized Cisco partners in the public sector, serving as a growth accelerator to its government program. Cisco receives independent monitoring and detailed, expert analysis of the discrete sales activities performed by its partners. Government customers purchasing Cisco solutions via immixGroup's contracts are assured of buying authorized products through an authorized partner, and may help satisfy federal small business procurement obligations. This deeper visibility into the supply chain enables all involved to better serve government agencies.
"We are pleased to support the public sector business of an industry leader such as Cisco," said Art Richer, President of immixGroup. "Our services – combined with our small business status, network of complementary manufacturers, partners and government customers – deliver tremendous value to customers."
