U.S. Department of State has selected the IxReveal advanced analytic platform.

The U.S. Department of State has selected the IxReveal advanced analytic platform as a central element in the overhaul of its State Messaging and Archive Retrieval ToolSet (SMART).

“The upgraded allied communication protocol will be utilized by 500 clients at the State Department, embassies, and consulates worldwide,” according to Charles Clarkson, IxReveal Chairman & CEO.

“IxReveal is honored that our software will play a pivotal role in the State Department’s initiative to upgrade its messaging infrastructure,” said Clarkson, “especially in the vital standardization of terminologies and definitions across different posts and organizations around the world.  It’s vital that messages not only reach the appropriate officials,” he added, “but they quickly and consistently use the same definitions and criteria as those analyzing and reviewing them every day. When messages with varying definitions are referred to the State Department’s spill queue the IxReveal platform can analyze the contact and build tags with a remarkably high degree of accuracy. This major advance beyond manual analysis will significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of State Department officials,” Clarkson added, “particularly as they manage the large volume of messages which are referred to the spill queue daily.”
