InsideView recently announced that inQ, a pay–for–performance chat services firm, has implemented InsideView's unique on–demand business search and intelligence application, SalesView, for their sales intelligence efforts to increase demand generation.

inQ, a California–based outsourced chat services company, has adopted SalesView to provide real–time, meaningful customer intelligence about companies across the telecommunications, financial services, ecommerce, and travel and hospitality sectors. SalesView scans, filters and prioritizes information on the social Web to deliver the rich insights companies need for use in the enterprise.

The company's sales team uses SalesView to enhance the overall demand generation and research process. After implementation, inQ substantially reduced their research time, leading the company to maximize their sales strategy. As a result, inQ increased the total number of relevant contacts and became better informed of industry news.

SalesView is one of the first applications to take advantage of the convergence of social media and enterprise applications – the socialprise – and bring the insights gained from subscription–based and user-generated sources to drive enterprise results.

"SalesView has quickly improved the research process for our marketing and sales teams," said Christophe Cremault, Vice President of Marketing, inQ. "SalesView's versatile technology allows us to generate meaningful sales intelligence about companies across a wide range of industries. As a result, we have experienced a very enthusiastic response by our sales and marketing teams in a short period of time."
