Exeros Releases Updated Version of Exeros DataMapper

Exeros recently announced the availability of Exeros Discovery, formerly known as Exeros DataMapper, the latest version of its automated data relationship discovery solution. Exeros Discovery automates the discovery of forgotten business rules and data lineage, hidden sensitive data and unknown data inconsistencies. This new version includes several enhancements that give business decision-makers a more flexible, comprehensive and actionable look inside their data than ever before. 

In customer deployments, Exeros found that the discovery of relationships was a crucial component of data governance projects of all kinds and that mapping was part of a larger process of gaining insight into the content and relation of information in large databases – leading directly to the name change from DataMapper to Exeros Discovery.
