SAP and Visiprise Announce a Joint Worldwide Offering

SAP will resell and market the Visiprise Manufacturing product under the name "SAP Manufacturing Execution by Visiprise."

SAP AG and Visiprise recently announced a joint worldwide offering to help discrete manufacturers manage the complex manufacturing processes that define their business. SAP will resell and market the Visiprise Manufacturing product under the name "SAP Manufacturing Execution by Visiprise."

With powerful capabilities for route enforcement, traceability and shopfloor quality management combined with integration via the SAP xApp Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP xMII) composite application, Visiprise Manufacturing complements and enhances the existing manufacturing execution capabilities of SAP applications. The combined offering is a Java EE-based, turn-key manufacturing solution that helps customers increase business process efficiency, reduce the cost of quality and ensure compliance with government regulations.
