Siebel Systems, a provider of customer-facing solutions, recently announced that Lighthouse1, a provider of hosted consumer-directed healthcare (CDHC) administration solutions, has selected Siebel CRM OnDemand to support its customer-facing business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
