Maxis Deploys SAS

SAS, a provider in business intelligence, recently announced that Maxis Communications Berhad has launched the campaign management component of SAS Marketing Automation 4. With the SAS solution, the Malaysian communications company will be able to improve customer contact and optimize marketing campaign success by accurately tracking the responses and increasing customer satisfaction. The project was implemented jointly with Amdocs, a provider of software and services to enable integrated customer management and the "intentional customer experience".

The partnership between SAS and Amdocs and the joint solution allows Maxis to extend its existing investment in CRM by seamlessly integrating marketing capabilities into its contact center and enabling personalized communications to be sent to customers via other channels, such as email and SMS. As a result, Maxis will build stronger, more profitable relationships with its customers.
