Kapow Technologies and Clarabridge recently announced a partnership wherein Clarabridge will embed Kapow’s Web Data Services technology into its Content Mining Platform for capturing customer feedback from social media and across the Web. The partnership will equip Clarabridge customers with the industry’s most advanced real-time Web technology to monitor and analyze brand conversations in any social network.

Under the terms of the partnership, Clarabridge will resell Kapow Web Data Server within the Clarabridge VOC solution, and will drive all sales and marketing efforts.

Hundreds of Fortune 1000 enterprises and small-and-medium sized businesses (SMBs) across industries use Kapow Web Data Server for the fastest and most reliable extraction of public and private Web data. Previously using data access software from QL2, Clarabridge switched to Kapow’s platform due to its unique ability to automatically access, enrich and serve noise-free data with 100 percent accuracy from the most complex HTML, AJAX and Flash based Web sites. As a result of this partnership, joint customers will benefit from enhanced insight into customer sentiment from the numerous locations customers talk about brands and products online, including Facebook, Twitter, online forums and blogs.

“Customer feedback forums have expanded far beyond call centers and opinion surveys to an almost limitless number of web sources, requiring companies to have sophisticated tools for accessing the ever growing universe of customer feedback and sentiment,” said Sid Banerjee, CEO and co-founder of Clarabridge. “This partnership will let our clients gain an even deeper and more comprehensive understanding of their customers’ experiences, attitudes, criticisms and suggestions from a wider range of online content sources.”

“With the Clarabridge partnership we’re able to naturally extend Kapow’s successful track record of providing access to noise-free Web data to the customer experience management industry,” said John Yapaola, CEO of Kapow Technologies. “We look forward to providing our joint customers with a solution that enables them to make timely and informed decisions based on real-time Web conversations.”
