After a onetime expenditure of $12,000 for Pervasive, Cencio estimates savings of $30,700 the first year and $42,700 in subsequent years. Cencio has also been able to achieve full-time equivalent (FTE) reductions from 12 to 2, at a savings of approximately $1,000,000 per year. Integration project durations have dropped from 140 hours to 3 hours for each new customer, totaling an average annual time savings of 39,730 hours. Cencio also estimates it gained deferred revenue recognition of $351,000 within the first 4 months. In total, Cencio estimates its hard return-on-investment (ROI) from using Pervasive Software’s integration solution was $2,083,700 in the first year.
