Composite Software, a provider of data virtualization software, recently announced that a senior executive from Pfizer and a senior Composite executive will present at the Butler Group’s Business Intelligence (BI) Symposium. BI Foundations for Decision-Making Excellence and Risk Management is scheduled for October 7-8, 2009, at the America Square Conference Centre in London.

In his 30-minute presentation beginning at 3:45 p.m. (15.45 GMT) on Wednesday, Oct. 7, Mr. Peter Green, business integration director, Pfizer Portfolio Management and Analytics, will introduce the dynamic and complex R&D environment at the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company.  Having implemented data virtualization into its R&D process, Pfizer is now able to respond to new business analysis requirements in just hours.
