A Time of Giving – A Time for Information Stewardship
In this issue, my article discusses information stewardship and its ramifications for information quality. If everyone in the organization accepts accountability for his/her role in information – whether planning, designing, creating or updating – and use of information "for the well-being of the larger organization," it will be a happy season indeed.

IAIDQ's Information Quality Conference co-organized with Wilshire Conferences in San Francisco in October was a huge success based on attendee feedback. Make plans to attend the 2007 event in Las Vegas, September 24-27, 2007. This is the continuation of the IQ Conference started ten years ago.

TIQM Certification Mastery Training
Has Gone Full Cycle

Several Certification Candidates have completed all their training requirements to become certified in TIQM, the most comprehensive IQ method anywhere. Several of the students have started their practicum work, conducting TIQM assessments, cost analyses and process improvements.

Several Europeans have expressed interest in TIQM Certification with courses offering TIQM Certification training held closer to home. If you are interested in becoming certified in TIQM or in having in-depth training on the various processes of Information Quality in Europe, please let me know. Thanks
