In the second article, Andres Perez discusses an approach to implement the "Fourth Rule of Quality by Design: Capture Information about Defects and Events." This approach enables capturing details on processes, events and defects such that defect correction is not only possible, but highly effective.
Several certification candidates have completed all their training requirements to become certified in TIQM, the most comprehensive IQ method anywhere. They have started their practicum work, conducting TIQM assessments, cost analyses and process improvements.
