		This week I've authored an article entitled The Impact of Microsoft on the Enterprise Business Intelligence Market. This article discusses the enterprise's wide range of products for both business intelligence and business integration.

		Over the past few months we have looked at customer analytics, customer lifetime analysis and curious applications of logarithmic size laws such as Benford's Law for the purposes of data analysis. This month, I hope to tie these concepts together by exploring whether the application of Benford's Law to customer analysis might question the conventional wisdom associated with strategies for Customer Relationship management (CRM) programs.
