Hello and thank you for visiting my BeyeNETWORK Expert Channel on all things data! In this channel we will focus on the strategies, techniques, resources and tools to manage data as a unique, valuable asset within your organization. These capabilities generally tend to be categorized as data governance, master data management, data quality, metadata management, data integration and a series of other acronyms...like CDI and PIM. In addition to these traditional approaches, we will also talk about some of the other tools necessary to be successful with your data initiatives – like change management, alignment between lines of business and IT, stakeholder support and communication strategies. Whatever the terminology of the day, we will address common issues and concerns around data while being pragmatic/practical in our approaches on how to address them.

Why Agile? Because business changes, and if you're not ready to adjust your data strategies to changing interests, budgets, priorities and personnel, then your data program will be short lived and of little value. We will leverage some of the principles of the Agile development methodology to help you create and execute nimble data strategies based on a collaborative approach to deliver sustained, incremental value over time.
