It will be very interesting to see if Mr. Carrol makes good one his promise of the additional song and music videos after they reach some sort of agreement.
Take note customer service reps: when someone is dissatisfied with your service and tells you they are going to write a song about it, make a video, and post it online for millions to see, you might want to rethink how you are handling their request ;)
Very interesting approach from an unsatisfied customer. The fact that they named one employee really stood out for me.
Maybe it will help airlines understand that those who fly are customers and should be treated as such. Maybe it's time for the airlines and their employees to stop hating the customers.
