I've been looking forward to this one. Ben Huh from icanhascheezburger.com is speaking at Gnomedex. His site is interesting to say the least and has caught fire over the past few months as more and more people are tapping into it. I have used images from the site in my blogs

The site traffic is nearly 50 million page impressions a month from zero in February of 2007. They get 5000 community submissions every day.
