Books - Dealing with Nasty Colleagues

I love this book, author and friend Gabriel Fuchs did a great job producing Dealing with Nasty Colleagues a book that examines the art of winning in office politics while still getting your job done. Gabriel loosely based the strategy of the book on Sun Tzu's "The Art of War". My favorite chapter is "Maneuvering in Open Confrontation" You should read this, the book is compact in size and can be tackled over a weekend or long plane flight.
