The team won the "Impact Through Technical Innovation Award" at the Cognos Forum event. Mark talks about the impact of performance management in the Army as well as the importance of serving their customers (US Serviceman and women) at the highest possible level. Over 3,000 engineers and 150+ financial personnel are using the performance management system.
