Blog: Shawn Rogers« Friday Funny | Main | Cognos Forum - Rob Ashe Interview » Books - Naked Conversations: How Blogs are Changing the Way Businesses Talk with CustomersThis booked is a tamed down version of Clue Train Manifesto that I talked about last week. However quieter in its approach it still hits the mark when helping you understand Blogs as a powerful tool. Its a good read for any company thinking about blogging as well as an aspiring blog author.
The guys cover topics like Bloggings's Six Pillars: The authors are great practitioners at the art of blogging Robert Scoble is a relentless self promoter and widely followed net personality (he is now far too busy to even sign copies of his book I know first hand as he's tuned me down twice) and while I have never met Shel Israel I think highly of him as he used the power of his blog Global Neighbourhoods to assist in the search for my friend David Koch when he was lost on a mountain in Vancouver in 2005. Naked Conversations is a good addition to your reading and learning about the culture and power of internet enabled media. Tags: Naked Conversations, Robert Scoble, Shel Israel |
