Novell wins SCO Suit

On Friday judge Dale Kimball handed down his decision regarding SCO's claim that it owned the copyright to the Unix Operating system. The result of this suit removes the cloud that has hovered over the open source world causing many companies to be hesitant when embracing Linux as a business solution. IBM will be happy as well they were sued by SCO in 2003 over copyright issues stemming from Unix and Linux.
