It was twenty years ago today, Sgt. Pepper taught the..

Ok not 20 years but its been two years since I started blogging regularly here on the Network. I have to admit I enjoy it. Its given me a great platform for covering the industry and a new way to communicate with readers. I went back to see what I talked about that first month in June of 2005 and found that many of todays topics were just emerging then.

1) Data Quality and Integration companies were in the news
2) Industry Growth was positive
3) HP was in the news
3) Data Warehouse Appliances were making noise
4) Open Source was getting more traction

Its interesting to see all the consolidation and changes that have taken place over the past couple years. Having been in this space for over 10 years I'm still surprised how fast it moves.

This years most popular post has been the Cognos for Dummies to date I have sent out over 30 copies of Susan Dean's Cognos manual.

Thanks for reading and participating.
