Travelin, Travelin, Travelin

I've been on the road most of this month so I apologize for the lack of blogging on my part. Its been a great month so far. The Business Intelligence Network hosted a very successful event in San Jose on CDI with Jill Dyche and sponsored by our good friends at DataFlux. The turn out was really solid and it seemed that everyone had a great time. We did it again in Dallas this past week. The last event in this series is in New York so if you haven't already signed up act fast we have limited capacity.

I was off the following week to San Diego to spend time with Teradata. The insight into their present market position and the things to come was well worth the time. I also got to golf for the first time in 10 years. Thank god it was a best ball tournament I didn't really have to keep score. Thank you to Ron Swift for being a great cart partner and to Tom Coffing and Dan Higgins for their patience :).

I'm at Denver International this morning waiting on my flight to TDWI in Chicago. It promises to be a great week seeing friends, partners and customers. We'll be podcasting from the show and I'm looking forward to bringing you great interviews this week. This will be the first conference at TDWI under the new management of 1105 Media the company that purchased TDWI's parent copmany 101 Communications back in April.
