Extending the CIF

At TDWI this morning our friends Claudia Imhoff and Colin White announced the launch of the Extended Corporate Information Factory (CIFe). I'm sure many of you use the original CIF methodology and with the dynamic changes we are all seeing in the industry the CIFe will help you stay ahead of the curve.

The development work involved merging and extending the concepts of the existing CIF with an earlier version of the Smart BI Framework developed by BI Research. The results of this work are two new frameworks that collectively provide the required infrastructure for supporting the smart and agile business.
