When is information the most useful?

I had an interesting chat with Michael Madden, President and CEO of Service Integrity last week.

Mike asked me a great question.

"You're standing on a busy street and you want to cross, you look left then right taking in the speed of oncoming traffic, parked cars and other pedestrians. Based on this information you decide to cross the street and do so without injury. After you reach the other side you look back on the information you gathered, is it as valuable now as it was when you made the decision?"

The obvious answer is NO. Service Integrity has asked customers like Novell, Pfizer, JPMorganChase and others that question and provided a solution.

Monday the company announced the launch of SIFT 4.0 its latest offering in the real-time business intelligence space. SIFT gives you the ability to Acquire, Analyze and Act on your real-time data with deep features each step of the way.

One of the most interesting features is the process chain analysis tool. It provides real-time views into your workflow allowing drill down access and metrics each step of the way.
