The entire area is a great place to visit, wonderful sites, people, food and much more. The damage caused by Katrina is simply unbelievable. If you have ever enjoyed a visit to the Garden District, had a beer at Jackson's Brewery, sipped a World Famous Pat O'Brien's Hurricane or experienced Bourbon Street follow the link below to give a helping hand to all of the people in need. In the New Orleans what are there needs and wants as i am doing a project on the new orleans

Mounia,I'm not sure of specifics, the redcross site would probably be the best for that type of information. I understand that many of the people who have been transplanted are in need of general things linke, toothpaste, clothes, household goods etc.
