Al Gore (creator of the Internet) Gives us Google TV

Ok, I'll be accurate he didn't claim to create the Internet his actual quote was as follows from the March 1999 CNN interview.

"During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet."

Anyway with that said, Al is responsible for bringing us Current TV a new media outlet that partners with Google to bring viewers content aimed at the 18-34 demographic. The cool part is that they take content from their viewers called "pods". Anyone can submit to the channel and become a director. It's and interesting merge of TV, Internet and search technology.

Tune in at 366 on DirecTV, 103 on Time Warner in NYC, 125 on Comcast in SF.
