Not features and functions....

It is not often that you get to hear "truth" at a panel discussion. Mostly panel discussions are carefully planned and everyone plays nice. However, Cyriac Roeding appears to have missed the memo on making nice. And it was refreshing.

Mark Walsh has the coverage of Roeding's comments at a mobile advertising conference. Roeding told the assembled group, including several mobile industry leaders, that the wireless industry is missing the mark with technology. Wireless web/TV will be a discussion about solution and not one about technology.

I couldn't agree more with Roeding. His comments cut to the chase.... Does it truly matter how your phone provides you with the value? No! Most users only care about the content that gets to their eyeballs. Whether that be via web, video or audio.
