The event was well received by a large audience from leading web, enterprise software and infrastructure technology companies, media, entrepreneurs and investors from  Silicon Valley and other areas around the world.

Great presentation by  Paul Sagan, President and CEO of Akamai,  where he explains why the middle of the net Is such a drag.

I had a brief meeting with Paul and plan to interview Paul and other Akamai executive in one of our upcoming CloudTalk Newsletters.

In his presentation, Paul noted that top CIO concerns with cloud computing are  security, performance, availability, integration and customization. These are clearly in line with my research and I plan to also cover these topics along with other critical topics in the upcoming issues of the CloudTlak Newsletters by interviewing industry experts for each of the topics.
